Y'all . . . we made it. May the sun shine evermore.
Well, who are we kidding. The rain will definitely come back, but until then! Here are a few of our favorite things.
Olive Oil Cake & Macerated Berries
Madisyn has been working hard perfecting this all-season dessert. Right now, we're pairing it with just-ripe strawberries and a silky lemon custard. We love pairing it with a dry Alsatian Riesling, like the Josmeyer 'le Kottabe' or a sparkling wine, like the Leon Boesch Brut Zero.
Skin Contact White Wines
Sometimes I think Fall is the perfect season for orange wines ... the spice notes align, and the bitterness mimics the bitter bite on the end of a fall breeze... but then, I take a sip at the beginning of summer and think no this this is the perfect season for orange wine. Maybe, this is a wine for any time, anywhere. Right now, I am particularly enjoying the salty, savory Sicilian Grillo from Valdibella.
Our Wine Club
The June release is sold out ... but July is open for sign ups! If you take the leap this week, you'll snag an invite to our friends and family opening night. We'll be pouring bubbles, passing around some delicious snacks and offering some deep discounts in the shop.

We've passed all our tests, we've stocked all our shelves... and, we are getting ready to open! Right now, our plan is to be open the second week of July. We can't wait to share our space with you!
